These Conditions of Membership govern member participation in the South Beau Rewards program. It is the member’s responsibility to read and understand these Conditions of Membership and to monitor the South Beau Hardware & Supply website to determine if there have been any changes. 

There are no exceptions to these Conditions of Membership except for those set out in this document. South Beau Hardware & Supply reserves the right to interpret and apply these Conditions of Membership in its sole discretion. The South Beau Rewards program may be modified by South Beau Hardware & Supply at any time, or terminated without prior notice. 

Changes to the South Beau Rewards Program and Member Accounts 

South Beau Hardware & Supply may terminate the South Beau Rewards rewards program without prior notice. South Beau Hardware & Supply may, in its sole discretion, amend the South Beau Rewards program Conditions of Membership, including terminating any member's ability to redeem points already accrued, at any time. 

Limitations on Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOUTH BEAU HARDWARE & SUPPLY OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER, OR ANYONE CLAIMING THROUGH A MEMBER, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY SOUTH BEAU HARDWARE & SUPPLY OR ANY SOUTH BEAU REWARDS PLAN MEMBER IN CONNECTION WITH THE REWARDS PLAN. IF SOUTH BEAU HARDWARE & SUPPLY AND/OR ANY REWARDS PLAN PARTNER IMPROPERLY DENIES A MEMBER REWARDS CREDIT OR SOME OTHER BENEFIT, THE MEMBER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE ISSUANCE OF THE IMPROPERLY DENIED CREDIT, AWARD OR BENEFIT, IF AVAILABLE, OR SUCH ALTERNATIVE, COMPARABLE BENEFIT AS DETERMINED BY SOUTH BEAU HARDWARE & SUPPLY IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
